I have purchased from this company 4 times already. Every experience is an excellent one with great customer service. Genuwine factory Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge products. My wife drives a 2005 Dodge Caravan which needed a waterpump. This store had the best deal for a waterpump compared to the dealership and also I wanted to save some money to do it myself, so I also purchased a CD-Rom Service Manual from them. I saved hundreds of dollars to do it myself with the help of my brother. As for my 2006 Grand Cherokee, I had a Radio problem so I purchased the CD-Rom Service Manual. With the help of Frank the Customer Service Rep, he helped guide me through the Manual and isolate my problem with the radio. It turned out to be the Amplier causing my Radio not to produce any sound from my right front speaker. So I purchased the Amplier from them as well cause it was also the best price compared to the dealership.
