Shipping Policy We at SRM want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. All orders shipped to the United States, Canada and International Overseas will need 2 Business days to process the orders. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Return Policy All our digital download sales are final, and for a very good reason please read below. We strive to make all sales an enjoyable online purchase at SRM. It is with regret due to software scammers SRM has a strict policy on all downloadable and CD-Rom product sales. This policy has only been adopted because absolutely necessary. Our system was open to abuse by people downloading and keeping a product, and then demanding a refund while still using the product & the rights associated with the product. There has been a very high rate of refunds due to software theft. A glutter of orders have been placed for downloadable software then requesting a full refund. We have no way of checking if they actually delete the product from their PC or not. Each time SRM issues a refund it costs us money. We are a real business with real employees and real costs. If we keep giving money away we will no longer be able to operate.
All Sales are final for CD-Rom Software Related Products. Return of product may only be made for defective products. Defective products will be gladly replaced. Under no circumstances may a product be returned for full credit. Because of our inability to monitor the removal of registration codes given out or the removal of the software from buyers computer we cannot consider any refunds only replacements after the product is shipped.
All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, SRM will gladly fix the problem.
